Roof Repair Smedway sends Roof Repair specialists across Johnston who scope the actual damage, not just the symptom, so you're not paying to fix the same leak twice.
General handymen patch what's visible and move on. Our Roof Repair technicians trace a leak back to its actual source — a cracked pipe boot, a lifted shingle tab, a nail pop — before any repair goes down.
A Roof Repair from Roof Repair Smedway isn't considered finished until the leak is actually gone, not just less visible.
Licensing gets verified before a crew lead is ever assigned to a Johnston job.
Crews carry common repair materials, cutting down on return-trip delays for Johnston calls.
You approve the number, then we start — never the other way around.
We trace leaks to their actual source instead of patching the visible symptom.
If you're not sure which category your issue falls into, describe it when you call and we'll point you in the right direction.
We match shingle color and profile as closely as possible so a Johnston repair doesn't stand out.
We reseal and re-flash trouble spots that general contractors often overlook entirely.
We trace water intrusion back to its actual entry point, not just the ceiling stain below it.
Cracked rubber vent boots are one of the most common Johnston leak sources, and one of the easiest to miss.
Soft or spongy spots usually mean the decking underneath has started to rot and needs replacing, not just resealing.
Cracked or lifted ridge caps compromise the highest, most exposed part of your Johnston roof first.
Tell us what you're seeing and where, and we'll get a technician scheduled fast.
Technicians arrive with a stocked truck, ready to diagnose and often repair in the same visit.
You'll know the scope and the price before any repair work actually begins.
We don't consider a Roof Repair finished until the actual leak source is resolved.
They traced our leak to the actual source instead of just patching where the stain was.
